India, Day 6 - Running Errands

Some days were more multifaceted than others.  The first part of this day was devoted to several errands all over town. While in a particular neighborhood, I was caught off guard by a group of schoolchildren who greeted me with a singsong "good morning, sir!"  This was my first encounter with the shortcomings of the English medium education system--it was two o-clock in the afternoon, but the only English greeting the children knew was "good morning."  I appreciated their friendliness nonetheless.
